This Digital Products Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of digital products sold on chan-bazaar.com (“we”, “us”, “our”), including (without limitation) downloadable files, digital templates, online content, virtual items, and any other non-physical products delivered electronically. Digital products are delivered instantly/irrevocably and can’t be “returned” in the way physical goods can, so we maintain a strict no-refund policy as described below.
1) All sales final (No refunds)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed and access is granted or a download link/code is delivered.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content/services and that refunds are not available under this Policy.
We may consider a resolution (replacement access, re-delivery, store credit, or refund at our discretion) only in these limited cases:
- Non-delivery / no access received: If you did not receive the download link/access email or cannot access the product due to a technical delivery error, contact us within days of purchase so we can re-send or restore access; if we cannot provide access after reasonable support, we may issue a refund.
- Duplicate payment: If you are charged twice for the same order, contact us with proof of the duplicate charge and we will correct it.
- Product not as described (material mismatch): If the delivered digital product is materially different from what was described on the product page, contact us within days with clear evidence so we can review and, if verified, provide an appropriate remedy.
Refunds will not be provided for: change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of usage, incompatibility with your device/software when requirements were disclosed, or dissatisfaction that is not based on a material mismatch from the product description.
We also cannot provide refunds once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, copied, or otherwise used (where technically detectable/confirmable).

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws; where local law requires a refund in a specific scenario, we will comply.
